We are excited to announce the promotion of Ryan Sumpter to Vice President of Laboratory Operations at Addiction Recovery Care (ARC). In this pivotal role, Ryan will oversee the entire laboratory division, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and innovative testing services across the ARC Healthcare network.
“Ryan’s focus on patient and staff safety is exactly what we need in our health system. Ryan and his team’s urgency around testing is critical when such dangerous substances as fentanyl and xylazine are ominous threats,” stated Pat Fogarty, Chief Operating Officer of ARC Healthcare. “We look forward to continuing to build on our best practices for patient care, and having a compliant, rapid, state-of-the-art laboratory system is critical to this.”
Ryan holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, both from the University of Kentucky. Additionally, he is a Registered Nurse (RN), bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role at ARC.
