As Addiction Recovery Care (ARC) continues to expand its operations throughout Kentucky and the surrounding region, the company has hired Kristina Arnette as its Senior Vice President of Finance. Arnette brings more than 25 years in accounting and finance and 15 years in health care.
Most recently, Arnette served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Development for Confluent Health, a Louisville-based health care company with physical therapy and occupational therapy partners in 29 states.
In her role at ARC, Arnette will lead the company’s finance and accounting departments and serve as a strategic financial partner to ARC’s leadership team.
“Kristina is joining our team at a pivotal time as we continue to open new facilities in Kentucky and expand to new states, including Virginia and Ohio,” said Matt Brown, ARC’s Chief Administration Officer. “Kristina’s experience and expertise in finance as well as the health care industry will be a tremendous asset to our organization’s future growth and success.”

Arnette resides in Rineyville and received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Campbell University and her Masters in Business Administration from University of Redlands.
