Ethics, Compliance, and Accreditations

Accreditations

Because Addiction Recovery Care has adopted the best practices of clinical substance abuse treatment, our programs and facilities are highly regarded by state and national accrediting agencies and organizations.

All of our programs and facilities are accredited by CARF, the gold standard in a substance abuse treatment program review. In 2015, Addiction Recovery Care received a three-year accreditation from CARF.

This accreditation decision represents the highest level of accreditation that can be awarded to an organization and shows Addiction Recovery Care’s substantial conformance to the CARF standards. An organization receiving a Three-Year Accreditation has put itself through a rigorous peer review process and has demonstrated to a team of surveyors during an on-site visit that its programs and
services are of the highest quality, measurable, and accountable.

In addition, Addiction Recovery Care is a state-licensed Alcohol & Other Drug Entities (AODE). In 2015, Addiction Recovery Care was licensed as the first Behavioral Health Services Organization (BHSO) in the state of Kentucky.

Addiction Recovery Care is an approved treatment provider for Operation UNITE, which operates in 28 counties in Eastern Kentucky.
