Stone Lodge is a residential housing for male interns located in Louisa, Kentucky. Just a short drive down the road, you will find Yatesville Lake.

Once you arrive at the facility, you will immediately realize how it earned its name. Made of big blocks of stone, it will always serve as a reminder that you’re building a strong future for yourself. Our motto here is “Stone Lodge Strong” because you will become more equipped to mentally, spiritually, and physically take on the world.

The facility includes its own sand volleyball court. Stone Lodge is within a 2-hour drive of Lexington, Ashland, and Huntington, West Virginia.

Crown has given me a purpose in life. A reason to get up and go to work and help someone else everyday. Crown has given me the confidence to take risks in my life and know that people have my back no matter what!

Addiction Recovery Care’s treatment program is holistic with CARF-accredited clinical programs, medical services directed by an addictionologist, a spiritual-centered approach that includes the 12 steps and chaplaincy care, and a broadening scope of vocational training opportunities for clients. At ARC, we are leading the way when it comes to combining drug treatment and vocational training that results in second-chance employment. ARC’s Crisis to Career approach allows those suffering from substance use disorders to re-enter the workforce and live nourishing lives.
